I managed to acquire seashells.co.uk yesterday along with a few other domain names including easyparking.co.uk.
I also recently got femalestrippers.co.uk and malestrippers.co.uk which I was pleased with because as a pair they are obviously worth more.
Domain names are the internet equivalent of real estate. A great domain name represents a fabulous location and when it comes to the value of property (be it real or in cyberspace) it all comes down to location, location, location.
Some fabulous names have been released by Nominet in the last few days, including bid.co.uk, success.co.uk and fiction.co.uk. Which means names worth thousands could be had for a fiver.
This is still a fantastic low risk business opportunity providing you buy quality names and don't catch "domain name fever", something akin to "beer goggles" for those who like a drink.
